2. Description of Service
Petticora provides a wedding planning platform including a vendor directory, planning tools (budget tracker, guest list, seating plan, timeline), and communication tools between couples and wedding vendors. Petticora acts as a marketplace and is not a party to any contract between couples and vendors.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Petticora. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@petticora.co.uk. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or vendors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
- Use automated tools to send unsolicited messages.
6. Vendor Listings
Vendor listings on Petticora are provided for informational purposes. While we endeavour to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any vendor listing. All transactions are directly between couples and vendors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Petticora — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Petticora Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User Content
By submitting content (reviews, photos, messages) to Petticora, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@petticora.co.uk.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Petticora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any vendor listed on the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petticora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Petticora after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
